  • A Fusion is a mini festival within the larger Tri Town Get Down festival. It is a celebration of our culture as Tri Cities, and what makes our community great.

    Both Farmers and STEM fusion will be free to the community in 2024!

  • Yes! Each Ticket grants you access to all ten stages and all five fusions, with a handful of stages being 21+ or free!

  • VIP Passes will be available with the lineup drop in early 2024, and include a VIP section, premium view of stage, private bar, bathrooms, and more!

  • Every one we can think of! We are dedicated to creating a festival that has music for our entire community to enjoy.

  • Professional photography equipment is prohibited, however, polaroid, small, or disposable cameras are welcomed. No removable lenses will be permited.

  • The best parts of the festival will be ticketed, however 2 of our 10 stages will be free this year, as well as 2 Free Fusions so our entire community can enjoy this regardless of socio-ecenomic status.

  • One wristband per person will be sent via mail by May 7th. Online resale is prohibited, but basically whoever shows up with the wristband on will be the only person granted access.

    21+ areas including VIP will be checked for ID each time they enter a 21+ area.

  • Yes, but they must be clear, and completely empty when you arrive.

  • Wristbands will be mailed out by May 7th 2024! Please ensure your shipping address is correct when purchasing.

  • Each stage is located in Howard Amon Park, The Parkway, and Uptown, and the full map will be announced prior to the festival .

  • All wristbands will be shipped May 7th 2024, and will call is only available after these dates.

    Will call is only an option if ordered after May 7th, and must be picked up at the at the Uptown Theatre box office the day of the festival.

    Tickets left at Will Call will not be refunded. You must present wih a valid state issued picture ID. If you can not present this at Will Call, a clear photo of these items may be accepted instead, but such acceptance shall be at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

    If you are unable to pick up your order at Will Call, you shall not receive a refund for this purchase.

  • Per our terms and conditions, there will be absolutely zero refunds after purchase.

  • Rain will not prevent us from Getting Down. The show will take place rain or shine, and only lighting will postpone the festival.

What Is Your Code of Conduct?

Tri Town Get Down Code of Conduct

At Tri Town Get Down, we are committed to creating a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive environment for all attendees. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow this code of conduct:

1. Respect Others

Treat all attendees, performers, staff, and volunteers with kindness and respect.

Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior, including but not limited to: verbal abuse, physical violence, sexual harassment, racism, sexism, homophobia, or transphobia.

2. Personal Space:

Respect the personal space and boundaries of others.

Avoid any unwelcome physical contact, including touching without consent.

3. Alcohol and Substance Use:

Consume alcoholic beverages responsibly and in moderation if you are of legal drinking age.

Comply with all local laws regarding alcohol and substance use.

Do not engage in any illegal drug activities on the event premises.

4. Environmental Responsibility:

Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated bins.

Help us maintain the cleanliness of the event area.

6. Safety and Security:

Follow instructions from event staff and security personnel.

Report any suspicious activity or safety concerns to event staff or security.

7. Photography and Recording:

Respect the privacy of others when taking photos or recording videos.

Obey any posted rules regarding photography and recording.

9. Compliance with Laws:

Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws.

Consequences for Violation

Violations of this code of conduct may result in removal from the event without refund, and in some cases, legal action may be taken.

By attending Tri Town , you agree to abide by this code of conduct. Event organizers reserve the right to update or modify this code of conduct as necessary.

What Are The Terms of Purchase?

Tri-Town Get Down, LLC (“TTGD”) is proud to produce our family of events at in-person, Music Festivals (“Music Festivals(s)”), including, without limitation, TTGD® Conference & Festivals, TTGD ® Conference & Festival, and/or in online formats, (“Online Event(s)”)(the Music Festivals and Online Events are collectively referred to herein as the “Event(s)”).

1. These TTGD Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to any individual or entity that engage in a transaction on behalf of to participate in any TTGD Events (such individual or entity, the “Participant”) and (ii) Participant’s registration, attendance, participation, and/or enrollment, including, without limitation, purchase and/or possession of any TTGD Event entry or access Wristbands or permissions, such as wristbands for the TTGDMusic Festival (the “Wristbands”).

2. Official TTGD Wristbands and Applications.

a. Wristbands. TTGD, its agents and representatives are the sole creators, sellers and distributors of the Wristbands. Any Wristbands not created by and legally acquired from TTGD or its authorized agents or representatives will be considered fraudulent and invalid, and subject to revocation. TTGDreserves the right to pursue any and all legal action or remedy available against any person or entity involved in the actual or attempted creation, dissemination or use of an unauthorized Wristbands.

3. Refund & Revocation Policy.

a. All Wristbands are the sole property of TTGD. As always, if Participant violates these Terms (and/or any terms referenced herein), TTGD has the right, in its sole discretion and at any time determined by, to cancel, revoke, or refuse all transactions with any individual or entity, including, without limitation, the following: Wristbands. TTGD will not be responsible for any penalty, fee, loss, or expense incurred by Participant that might result from such action, regardless of whether such penalty, fee, loss or expense was foreseeable or TTGD was advised of the same.

b. TTGD does not issue refunds under any circumstances, including, without limitation, for Wristbands transactions. Any and all payments made to TTGD are not refundable for any reason, including, without limitation, failure or inability to use Wristbands due to illness, acts of God, public health crisis, disease, virus, pandemics, epidemics, government restrictions or shut downs, earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, other natural disasters, wars, riots, insurrections, civil unrest, acts or threats of terrorism, cyber-attacks, government actions, travel-related problems, loss of employment and/or duplicate purchases. TTGD will not issue refunds, deferrals or credits for Wristbands that have been revoked.

c. If an Event is canceled in its entirety for any reason, then you may defer your Wristbands to the next TTGD Event for which your Wristbands were purchased. If an Event is canceled in its entirety for any reason, you further agree that aside from obtaining a deferral credit for your Wristbands, you will have no remedy against TTGD, at law, in equity or otherwise, including, without limitation, for a refund of payments made, expenses incurred, or any actual, consequential, or punitive loss or damages of any kind, regardless of whether such loss or damage was foreseeable or TTGD was advised of the same.

d. If an Event in its entirety is postponed for any reason, your Wristbands will be valid for the rescheduled dates in the same calendar year for such Event. If an Event in its entirety is postponed for any reason, you further agree that aside from your Wristbands being valid for the rescheduled dates, you will have no remedy against TTGD, at law, in equity or otherwise, including, without limitation, for a refund of payments made, expenses incurred, or any actual, consequential, or punitive loss or damages of any kind, regardless of whether such loss or damage was foreseeable or TTGD was advised of the same.

e. Unused Wristbands have no monetary value and cannot be credited to future years or events unless the Event in its entirety is canceled or postponed and you defer your Wristbands to the next scheduled Event.

f. TTGD will not issue refunds or credits due to failure to redeem a discount coupon during the registration or application process.

g. Discounted Wristbands prices are based on the date payment is received by TTGD. Prices are subject to change at any time with or without notice.

h. Lost or stolen Wristbands will not be replaced. If Wristbands are lost or stolen, new Wristbands will need to be purchased at the full price in effect at that time for a Participant’s continued access to the Events, including, without limitation, showcases, parties and conference content.

i. Use of Wristbands by anyone other than the authorized individual will result in revocation of the Wristbands without a refund.

j. If TTGD is unable to mail an order for any reason or if Wristbands that are shipped are returned to TTGD as undeliverable, TTGD reserves the right to cancel and refund the order without refund. 

k. Participant shall inform TTGD of any change of address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after receipt of the goods. 

l. TTGD reserves the right to cancel any order that, in the discretion of TTGD, is of a fraudulent or high-risk nature. TTGD may perform checks to determine the probability of fraud, including, but not be limited to, a request to be provided with an original credit or debit card statement, attempts to telephone, reference to records to check for other fraudulent activity at an IP address, etc.

4. Line-Up and Vendors May Vary. Participant acknowledges that artist lineup, amenities, vendors, and other offerings are subject to change. 

5. Wristbands Required for Entry.

a. Music Festivals. For security reasons, and to allow entry into TTGD Music Festival(s), Participant must wear, possess and present their Wristbands at the Music Festival as follows: Wristbands must be securely affixed to the Participant’s wrist and remain on the Participant’s wrist throughout the TTGDMusic Festival. If Wristbands are not worn or presented correctly by a Participant, TTGD reserves the right to deny that Participant’s entry into TTGD Music Festivals.

6. Code of Conduct. Participant hereby agrees to the Code of Conduct applicable to the Event Wristband Participant is purchasing or using, which is incorporated herein by this reference. If TTGD determines that a Participant violated the TTGD Code of Conduct, TTGD reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revoke that Participant’s Wristband without refund, deferral, credit, or further responsibility to Participant.

7. Entry and Restrictions. TTGD Wristbands allow the Participant entry or other access to specific defined Events, but do not guarantee admission or other access to all elements of an Event. Event admission and participation are subject to certain limitations, including, without limitation, venue capacity, geoblocking, technical limitations and age restrictions in compliance with state and local laws. Age restrictions and capacity are specific to each venue and are set by relevant local, state and federal authorities. Venues may each have their own restrictions limiting entry unless Wristband holder complies with certain Venue policies (e.g., masking), or restricting entry with certain foods, beverages, or other items such as chairs or bags that are non-transparent or do not fit specified dimensions. Wristbands are valid Wristbands for specific Music Festivals applicable to the Wristband type, but will not afford the Participant access to the TTGD Trade Show, conference and keynote sessions, or other TTGD conference activities, unless TTGD specifies otherwise.

8. No Tampering with Wristbands. Tampering with any Wristbands, including, without limitation, Wristbands (e.g., stretching, tearing, cutting, taping, etc.) is not permitted. If tampering is evident, the applicable Wristbands will be invalidated and may be confiscated, and Participant will not be allowed entry to any/all TTGD venues and/or Events where the Wristbands are required. No refunds will be issued in such case.

9. Image Release. Photographs and/or audio/video recordings taken at the Music Fesitval by TTGD, or others on behalf of TTGD, may include Participant’s image, name, voice and/or likeness. By attending and/or participating in the Events, Participant hereby grants TTGD permission to perpetually use, and to sublicense to third-parties, Participant’s photograph, image, likeness, voice and statements (whether in writing or orally) for any purpose, including, without limitation, commercial purposes, without compensation or credit to the Participant, in any and all media, worldwide, now known or hereafter devised.

10. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK. PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENTS IS VOLUNTARY AND MAY INVOLVE CERTAIN RISKS OF PHYSICAL INJURY, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, WHETHER PHYSICAL PROPERTY OR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, AND OTHER DAMAGES OR LOSSES THAT MAY BE SUSTAINED BY PARTICIPANT, AND PARTICIPANT ASSUMES ALL RISK OF DAMAGE, PROPERTY LOSS, AND/OR PERSONAL INJURY WHICH MAY OCCUR AS A RESULT OF PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, EXPOSURE TO CDC IDENTIFIED PANDEMIC LEVEL COMMUNICABLE ILLNESSES (INCLUDING COVID-19). PARTICIPANT HEREBY RELEASES TTGD, ITS OWNERS, ITS SPONSORS AND ITS OFFICIAL VENUES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, AFFILIATES, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS AND REPRESENTATIVES (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENTS, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR THE NEGLIGENCE OF ANY RELEASED PARTIES, UNLESS SUCH LIABILITY IS DUE TO THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, IN WHICH CASE THE RELEASE WILL STILL APPLY TO ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES THAT WERE NOT GROSSLY NEGLIGENT.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL TTGD BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTICIPANT, OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR DAMAGES TO PROPERTY, DATA LOSS, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF ANY PARTICIPANT’S USE OF THE WRISTBANDS AND/OR PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENTS, EVEN IF TTGD OR PARTICIPANT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

12. NO WARRANTIES. EXCEPT AS MAY BE EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS, PARTICIPANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENTS, AND ALL SERVICES AND PRODUCTS PROVIDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE EVENTS, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TTGD EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR CONDITIONS, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, INTEGRATION, SAFETY, OR ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY ARISE FROM COURSE OF DEALING. TTGD EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN AND HAS MADE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES TO PARTICIPANT ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, CONDITION OR SAFETY OF THE TTGD EVENTS, TTGD PLATFORM OR DIGITAL TRANSMISSION OF THE EVENTS, YOUR ABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE TTGD CONTENT OR SERVICES, ANY EQUIPMENT PROVIDED BY TTGD OR ITS VENDORS, TTGD SERVICES OR PRODUCTS SUPPLIED AS PART OF THE EVENTS OR THAT THE EVENTS, INCLUDING ANY STREAMING, WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR BE ERROR FREE.

13. Indemnification. Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold TTGD and its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, managers, employees, volunteers, contractors, suppliers, and representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, demands and all other liabilities, including, without limitation, costs and attorneys’ fees, made by any third party arising out of or in connection with Participant’s participation in the Events, use of the Wristbands, or any violation of the Terms by Participant.

14. Choice of Law and Exclusive Venue and Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its principles of conflicts of laws. Participantand TTGD agree to personal jurisdiction to a court of competent jurisdiction located in Benton County, Washington.

15. Updates to Terms. TTGD reserves the right to make changes to the Terms as posted, so be sure to check back and review the Terms from time to time prior to purchase. Any dispute between you and TTGD will be governed by the Terms agreed to at the time of your purchase or, if you have made no purchase, at the time of your participation or application.

16. General Provisions. Nothing in these Terms establishes an agency, partnership or joint venture between the parties, or relationship of employer or employee, between the parties (or between either party and the other party’s personnel). Headings are included for convenience only and will not be used to construe these terms

17. Event Conduct and Weather Conditions

The TTGD event is scheduled to proceed as planned, and attendees hereby acknowledge that it will take place irrespective of weather conditions, including rain. No refunds or compensation will be provided in the event of adverse weather. Compliance: Attendees are expected to comply with this provision, understanding that the occurrence of TTGD is independent of meteorological factors. By participating in TTGD, attendees expressly agree to the terms outlined in Section 17.

18. Venues and Capacity

Please be advised that the purchase of a ticket for TTGD does not guarantee a specific view at each stage. While we have ample capacity to accommodate all attendees across various stages, no specific set, artist, or view is guaranteed. Each specific venue has limited capacity and will be on a first come first serve basis. All scheduled acts and performances are subject to change without prior notice.

TTGD would like to humbly acknowledge our festival takes place on the homeland of the Yakama, Wanapum, Cayuse, Umatilla, and Walla Walla tribes and people.
